This document sets out the legally binding terms that govern your use of basar8 — including account registration, deposits and withdrawals in BDT, bonus eligibility, gameplay rules, and your rights and obligations as a player based in Bangladesh.

basar8 operates a mandatory age verification policy. Before processing your first withdrawal, basar8 reserves the right to request documentation confirming your age and identity. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one basar8 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or otherwise — is strictly prohibited. basar8 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any winnings generated by those accounts, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

Your basar8 account is personal to you. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. basar8 reserves the right to deduct a monthly maintenance fee from the balance of inactive accounts following prior notification to the registered email address. If the account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your basar8 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose these credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
basar8 strongly recommends that all players enable two-step verification on their account, available via the Security section of Account Settings following basar8 Login. Two-step verification provides an additional layer of protection by requiring a one-time code sent to your registered mobile number whenever a login is attempted from a new or unrecognised device.
You must notify basar8 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. basar8 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.
All financial transactions on the basar8 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). basar8 does not charge players a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, though third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees independent of basar8.

All transactions are processed in BDT. basar8 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not apply currency conversion to any transaction. If your payment provider applies foreign exchange fees independently, basar8 is not responsible for those charges.
basar8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are set out in the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all basar8 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms.
All deposit bonuses and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion description. A wagering requirement of, for example, 30x means that the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in qualifying games before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
Any player found to be abusing the basar8 bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, using arbitrage strategies to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other players to systematically exploit promotions — will have their bonus balance forfeited, any associated winnings voided, and their account may be permanently closed.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, a maximum withdrawal limit of ৳20,000 applies to winnings derived from free spin bonuses. Winnings from matched deposit bonuses are not subject to a separate maximum withdrawal cap unless explicitly stated.
All games available on the basar8 platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the rules set out by the respective game provider. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game or provider, these Terms shall prevail in so far as they relate to account management, financial transactions, and player conduct.
All sports bets placed on basar8 are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. In the event of a technical error that results in obviously incorrect odds being displayed (for example, a BPL match priced at odds that do not reflect market reality), basar8 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake to the player's account balance. basar8 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where: (a) the bet was placed on the basis of information that was not publicly available at the time; (b) the bet was placed after the event outcome was already determined; (c) there is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or manipulation in relation to the relevant event; or (d) a technical fault caused the bet to be accepted in error.
A maximum single-event payout limit applies across all sports betting markets on basar8. The applicable limit is displayed in the relevant market and is subject to change. basar8 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. basar8 makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows or in the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
basar8's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim.
basar8 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond basar8's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet service outages, or power failures.
basar8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if, in basar8's reasonable judgement, the player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions, has engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or if basar8 is required to do so by law or by order of a relevant authority.
Upon permanent closure of an account for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited where the closure results from a breach of these Terms (particularly in cases involving fraud, cheating, or provision of false registration information). In cases where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player's designated withdrawal account following the standard verification process.
Players may voluntarily close their basar8 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before closure, the player is responsible for withdrawing any remaining balance. basar8 will process the final withdrawal within the standard processing timeframe before confirming account closure.
basar8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
